2000 Nissan Maxima GL 3.0L with engine code P1470. How do I fix this code? A/C cycle short

P1470 A/C cycling period too short.

This code is not for your A/C, It doesnt matter what zone your vehicle is in.At one time A/C went through what was refereed to as black death, What happen was the A/C was not used as a humidifier during winter,so it was not even turn on, as seals dried up and freon gas leaked out. When the A/C freon is low and cycled period was too short it took more power for the engine management,thus using more fuel. The P14XX  for Nissan in any zone was EVAP and EGR.
