can not drive in overdrive only other gears and jerks going down road

try and drive it in over drive and it just rabs up and wont go. have to drivein third. is my transmission going out or is it a sensor and which one.

The P0131 has defenately nothing to do with the transmission problem. Sounds more like you may have a mechanical problem. You could start by checking the transmisssion fluid level and condition.
