Toyota camry 4 cyl. 2.2 1999 year

Question

I have camry 1999 4 cylinders, Recently, I have changed transmission fluid, but after having changed the trans fluid, I started having problems, like I cannot go over 55 MPH when I drive uphill in the highway, and vibration when I press the gas pedal, so what could be the problem? So far, I have changed engine oil and transmission fluid

a drain and fill for the transmission Dexron III fluid is 2.6 quarts

the engine oil (with filter replacement) is 3.8 quarts
