I have a 2011 Rav4 Limired, 6 cylinder that has been getting a Check Engine, 4WD, and vsc light. I've had it to the Toyota dealer 4 time to fix the problem, but tonight those indicators are on again. The vehicle has 28000 miles on it. According to the dealer information I received, each time the code has been a P0456. The first time they told me it e=was a lose cas gap. The second time they replaced the gas cap. The third time they told me there was a Tech Bulletin and they had to "flash" the memory. The fourth time the replaced the gas cap again and replaced the gas filler neck. They said the gas filler neck had a slight deformation, that's why that was replaced. Tomorrow I will return to the dealer, but this senerio is getting very old. Anyone have ant suggestions.

Unfortunately very small leaks are difficult to detect. If your your RAV4 is still under warranty, you should keep taking your vehicle to the dealer until they fix it, or you could try another dealer. Since this is your third time, you should also consider calling Toyota and open a case with them. 800-331-4331
