2000 toy mr2 spyder with codes p0141 and b1s2 codes

2000 mr2 spyder 1.8 liter throwing 2 codes of p0141 and b1s2 please let me know what you think is problem

P0141 is  02 sensor heater circuit malfunction,Bank 1 sensor 2. Which monitor the catalytic convertor,The heater circuit  helps to heat the sensor to perform accurate air to fuel ratio, by the ECM. When the heater circuit fails the 02 sensor can no longer accuratelty report to the ECM
