Way does code po232 report code po402 on fords 2005 6.0 diesel

I have replaced the EGR valve FICM and about a week the check engine light come on, With code PO 402 Reported by code 232

P0232 Fuel pump secondary circuit high,The fuel pump is controlled by the ECM,When the fuel pump is energized by the ECM through the fuel pump relay,to the inertai switch then the fuel pump,so in your case a swapped out fuel pump relay or new,and possible  inertai.switch, As for P0402 Exhaust gass recirculation flow excessive,The cause can be from restricted airflow, (intake or exhaust)Charged air cooler system leak, EGR valve stuck open,EGR valve O-rings, Restricted EGR cooler,even the MAP sensor,
