This is a very rare code,I usually see this when a aftermarket alarm is installed, This is a harness problem,at the ECM, the ground must tested,The back side of the ECM harness has to be inspected and a continuity should be performed,You also need to test for power. at the engine junction box the EFI relay and fuse supply power to the ECM any interruption with either EFI fuse or EFI relay sets of B1261
