I have code P0141 on my 2001 Toyota Highlander. What repair is needed?

Used code reader and saw p0141. 02 sensor heater, circuit bank 1, sensor 2, generic. Think it's emissions related. What are the possible fixes and at what cos? Already cleaned the ring where you put in the gasoline and replaced the gas cap with a new one.

The oxygen sensor, this code is straight forward fix. Bank 1 is where cylinder 1 is located Being sensor 2 this is the downstream 02 sensor or the catalytic convertor monitor sensor. it will require a replacement.
