My mechanic did a tune up, new spark plugs and wires. After that my car started to idle bad. When parked the rpm's increase and decrease. I put in a used MAF sensor from a salvaged 01 eclipse and the same problem persists. HELP!!!

P0170 Fuel trim bank 1 - malfunction

P0173 Fuel trim bank 2 - malfunction

You have a vacuum leak here are some of the sources MAF boot torn,PCV, EGR, and lets not forget fuel pressure being low,and purge valve, At idle feel the EGR if its too hot to touch its open and will need to be resolved, Check brake booster for vacuum leak, and intake manifold, and if you are sure fuel pressure is good ,you will need to check the timing belt for its proper place on your particular year, a timing belt slip codes up as MAF
