P1166 Oxygen Sensor adaptation, What it means is the oxygen sensor truly switch from lean to rich as it is supposed, And something affected its fuel control from a evap that is puging and the 02 sensor was expecting it and did not happen to fuel pressure not being adequate and its not switch properly to false air after the MAF (mass air flow) these are vacuum leaks so you need to look for vacuum leaks, to just worn out sparkplug causing lean conditions, or even a worn out 02 sensor, This code is a way of saying 02 sensor problem inspect my enviroment and make sure I can switch from lean to rich
