2007 Saturn Aura with engine code P2723, how do you fix this?

P0796 Transmission fluid pressure (TFP) solenoid C performance or stuck off

P2723 Transmission Fluid pressure (TFP) solenoid E circuit malfunction,

The P2723 is the clutch pressure control solenoid 5,You are more than likey will have to replace the whole control solenoid, but before you go any further a line pressure must be tested out, and you need a scan tool to command solenoid on or off,if you just replace the solenoid truly needs to be replaced first.
