P0171 Fuel trim lean Bank !, Look for vacuum leaks especially at the intake area, if you dont find any,you are in for a tune up,When spark plugs wear out the spark gap widens doesnt matter what type of spark plug you use they wear out and causes lean condition,so does oil seappage into the COP (coil on plug) this causes it to lean out also,another is rupture PCV hoses or any vacuum hose at or near bank 1, If it was MAF (mass air flow) issue you would have lean bank 1 and 2,or fuel issue same thing lean bank 1 and 2,so check for tune up this should include MAF cleaning with a new air filter.
