P0191 Fuel pressure rail sensor, Will it cause a no start, I have to say no and yes,it will cause you to stall out, This is a famous code for Ford models, The rail pressure took place of the fuel pressure regulator, What it does is control voltage to the fuel pump when the demands for fuel is great such as wide open throttle it gives more voltage to the fuel pump to increase fuel pressure, when fuel deamands are not needed, it lessens the voltage, this objective is to extend the life of the fuel pump, which causes more problems then helping,Its a good idea to have the fuel pressure tested, Now you can try this, there is a fuel pressure shrader valve that is used to test fuel pressure, on the fuel rail should be on passenger side.black cap on it ,there is a shrader valve in it, just like the tire valve, crank the car within 1 minute press the shrader valve fuel should squirt out and not dribble out. Also there is a fuel inertia switch should be located in the truck on the side make sure that did not get set off. When you get a P0191 rule of thumb a fuel rail pressure should be replaced and make it a hobby.
