P0171 Fuel trim lean bank 1, The best possible fix tune up,replace sparkplug, remove one at least and look at the gap and condition when a sparkplug wears out it leans out the system also if oil enter the sparkplug boot area it also leans out the system. if this is not cause a by a vacuum leak or false air or even a partial plugged fuel filter you bet a sparkplug change will fix this, This can also be caused by a MAF (Mass air flow ) being dirty, today if you purchase a air filter it has fire retardent in it.so what happens it comtaminates the MAF sensor so whats on the market now MAF cleaners, do a MAF clean and tune up a why not do a fuel filter replacement,At least you car will run faster
