P0304 SCION - xd 2008

Question

im giting a p0304 cylinder misfire i have pres-her test on #3 and #4 90 psi #1 and #2 125 to 200 psi and from what it seems the cars pc is telling #3 to not git gas but is sparking sow i dont know what to do

With the compression numbers you are showing here, you have a mechanical timing issue from the sounds of it. The computer is reporting what it see's and it's giving you a misfire code due to lack of compression. I would check the timing and go from there.
