P0480 DODGE - What else should I check here??

Question

I have the same issue as the question posted here "https://www.autocodes.com/qa/7340/p0480-dodge-what-else-should-i-check-here" however i have an 07 grand caravan sxt. To the best of my knowledge there is no manufacturer bulletin posted for that year. should i try the ECM reprogramming or do u suggest other ideas. i have already replaced the relay.
