I got a 2004 BMW 325Ci with engine code P2402, what does the code mean?

The P2402 code indicates a problem with the  Evaporative (EVAP) Emission System Leak Detection Pump Circuit. It's more than likely that the EVAP System Leak Detection Pump needs to be replaced to fix the problem. Here is a link to the code page with more information.
