my 2002 nissan altima 2.5 s , will not rev pass 2500rpm car starts to buck and hesitate,i think my mass air flow sensor is bad , so i cleaned it with  air flow sensor cleaner from crc and it still is doing the same thing, went to autozone and checked codes and p0102,p1102,p0113 came up , should i just buy new mass air sensor..

This is typically a bad maf sensor. You want to use a factory replacement. Aftermarket sensors generally only last a coupleof weeks on these and then fail.

There is a fuel cut at about 2500 to 2700 rpms which is why you can't get any more rpms then that.
