Just had the spark plugs changed and got the truck back from the dealer and this engine code came on. 2006 Ford F150 XLT 5.4L V8 with code P0349, can this be caused by changing the spark plugs?

This is a cam position sensor code for bank #2, this would not be caused by replacing the plugs unless the wiring was disterbed to the sensor.
