P0313 code on a 2003 BMW 325xi

This happens on cold start and the idle is rough. If I let run for a minute and restart car runs fine the rest of day but the SEL light stays lite.

This code means there is a misfire detected with low fuel.

Since it's only happening first thing in the morning it's very likely the problem is the fuel pump. It can also be the result of faulty fuel injectors as well, but the symptom points more towards low fuel pressure on start up
