I CHANGE BOTH CAM SENSORS BUT CODE P0021 STILL, IT HAPPEN AFTER I CHANGE OIL, FIRST DETECT CODE P0340 AFTER P0021.

You could check the resistance of the solenoids, but usually the problem it's mechanical. The solenoids get stuck due to dirty oil or to think oil.

What weight of oil did you used?
