P0661 MAZDA - Mazda Protoge5 Multiple codes, related to P0661??

Question

I have a 02 Mazda Protoge5, It runs a little rough. Idles a little uneven seems like.
It is now trying to overheat. It fluctuates temperature. The heat will not blow hot, tried while it was getting hot while driving home. Its throwing P0106 Manifold absolute pressure/BARO sensor range/performance. P1569 Intake manifold runner control circuit low. (see P0661).
New mechanic here and this is a bit over my head lol and its my gf's car and kinda HAVE to fix it lol PLEASE HELP!!!!
