128,000 miles. Not exhibiting any peformance issues. How likely is it this could be driven 10,000-15,000 more miles before this code creates an operating problem?

It is very likely yopu can continue to drive this. This code means the converter is not cleaning the exhauist enough to make the ecm happy. It doesn't always mean the converter is broken up internally and causing issues.
