P1504 mazda - i replaced iac and van still wont idle or start now

Code p1504 on my mazda mpv I replaced iac and tested power wire going to it and reads around 12 volts so dose this for sure mean the pcm is messed or wiring ?? PLEASE HELP

It is very possible, the bad IAC valve may have damage the PCM. Before replacing the PCM by yourself, I suggest getting a second opinion from a mechanic.
