P0171 FORD - contour

Question

i have a 1997 ford contour I replaced
mass airflow sensor
EGR valve & egr solenoid &egr pressure sensor
catalytic Converver
fuel pressure regulator
fuel injectors
both oxygen sensors upper and lower
pcv valve
repaired air leak in pcv valve air T
3 years ago put a new fuel pump in to it

This code keeps coming up do you have any idea's on what this could be. We found no hoses that had leaks? Still this has us baffled?

Hi there,

On the older models, a faulty map sensor can also cause the lean fuel mixture code. I would still check the fuel pressure to make sure it's good, if it is, put a new map sensor on it.
