2005 Ford F150 V8 with code p0171 and random misfire

I recently had issues with my 2005 f150 I had a random misfire the tuned it up random misfire came on again the clean, no this code came on, my question is can this code be related to something the didn't do right while fixing random misfire or is a completely different issue
