Where is the vacuum cut valve bypass valve on my 2003 Nissan Pathfinder 3.5L?

Code reader gave P1491 and p1491pd on a 2003 Nissan pathfinder
I want to know the location. I have tried to find the replacement part on several parts sites, including the Nissan site, with no luck. How can you replace something you have no idea where it is located or what it looks like, let alone find the replacement part? Ready to call Nissan and read them the riot act.

The valve is located under the vehicle on the rear driver's side. It is close to the left rear suspension spring.
