my code says P1151 Fuel Air Metering do you know what that means. it is a 1997 ford f150 with a 4.2 v6

This code means the computer detected a lean condition on bank 2. This can be caused by several things including the maf sensor, intake manifold gasket leaks and a faulty O2 sensor.
