cts has several codes after changing 02 sensors and down shifting hard

I have an 03 cts and took it in cause the engine light is on . I changed all the 02 sensors with aftermarket sensors cause they said 2 were bad .I took it in the have them learned to the computer and they said the computer wouldn't read them . I took it back because it was shifting hard when i came to a stop like it was in sport mode and they tell me 17 codes came up . throttle body codes ,02 codes and trans code . i am confused . the codes are p0121,153,152,151,154,p0221,0332,p2135,p1791,1780,1779. last time none of these codes came up . any ideas ?

You should start by erasing all the codes. Try disconnecting the battery for about 30 min to reset all the systems and check all the fuse. You may have blown a fuse while replacing the sensors.
