Has anyone encountered code 0641 on a 2007 Saturn Ion? I get a generic "Open circuit" reading on my scanner. It only pops up the engine check light and the other engine check symbol with a down arrow in it on occasion (2 times in last 24 hours) when driving at a consistent speed. Not during shifting. Not at any particular speed or gear. When I get home and scan for the code, the code will reset just fine and not pop back up immediately and the car will run fine immediately after clearing. The only symptom I have noticed is that the 2nd time this happened I exited the hwy and entered the city, and when accelerating from a dead stop at traffic lights the car would seem to lose power at around 2000 RPM in 1st gear for a moment. Almost like I was clutching again without hitting the gas. This happened once every 2-3 stops for a total of about 4 times before I got home. When I got home I scanned, cleared the fault and drove to the store. No faults and no problems upon accelerating. I am also getting an indication on the scanner that my emmisions are not right. No faults, just a flashing generic symbol indicater on the scanner. I am thinking O2 or Catback problems, but I really expected to get a more definitive indication if it was an O2 issue. Any and all help appreciated!
