Having same issue with a 2007 Saturn Ion 2.4L

Question

Sunroof drains were clogged creating major leaking inside the car. I unclogged the drain tubes, no more leaks, but water damaged electical to power windows, locks, mirrors... I read something online about opening driver side kick plate to dry out 40 pin connector. Car randomly throws code p2135/p2138 goes into limp mode and check engine light comes on. Seems to happen when raining/wash car/humid days. Looking for a home remedy!
