Error P0420 Catalyst efficiencybelow threshold (Bank1) Is that an O2 sensor? which one ?

my question is for bank 1, what sensor is likely the cause and where is it located? Other than clearing the code do I need to do anything else?

More than likely the problem is the catalytic converter.
