Instead of purchasing a new EGR Valve I took a chance and cleaned it with a can of Throttle body cleaner which worked great. The Engine Check light reset after driving around for a while.

I'm getting the same the code i checked the harness and its not getting any volts out of inputs 2 and 3 on the harness which i should be getting apx 5v. Any ideas? also were could i get a wiring diagram of the EGR Valve sys? i have an 97 accord v6
