i would like to add that i was receiving codes po401 po406 and po136. I had the downstream o2 sensor replaced and it has cleared out the above noted codes. I did receive a po141 code. I cleared the code and drove the car. drove the car through the required drive cycles and the light remains off. yet again it only has been an hour, but will try to keep everyone posted as to the results.

I have a 2002 toyota sequoia, I got a check engine light in October 2019, I replaced the o2 sensors. I still got the check engine light. I replaced the cats. Still got the check engine light I replaced the o2 sensor Bank 1 sensor 2 was the code. The light would stay off for ten minutes. The code i get now is PO141 it goes on as soon as I start the motor. Going to the factory manual some 4,000 pages long, I chased down , I should check the circuit between the o2 sensor and the ECM to find a short if its there or an open circuit if that is there. I studied the ECM plugs E7 and E8, I had a firm understanding which terminals I had to test to find a short. I pulled the plugs off they did not match the diagram I was using. The first thing I noticed is there are 4 terminals vertical in the diagram, in reality there are 3 terminals vertical. The more I looked the more I saw discrepancies,. Then i noticed the diagram is for a 2005 sequoia. Does anyone have a diagram for the 2002 sequoia, or does anyone know if the 05 is the same as the 02

As far as I know there are 4 wires going to the Oxygen Sensor. The manual I have also shows 4 wires. Where do you live? some countries and early USA vehicles use only 3 wires.
