will code P0123 cause a crank no start problem

my 99 chrysler cirrus with 2.5 will not start i changed the crank shaft sensor and the TPS and still not getting any spark

It's possible but not likely. Usually a bad TPS will cause shifting problems.

The Crankshaft will cause the engine no start problem.
