So if it is a spark plug coil, how do I know which one to replace?

P0316 is a misfire detection code. This code basically is saying there is a misfire in the engine. Possible causes for this code would range anywhere from the crank position sensor to a bad ignition coil, spark plugs, intake leaks, and the fuelk injectors. This is really a catch all code, the ignition system should be tested first and go from there.
