i have a nissan maxima and i've been having alot of problem with this car i changed all the ignition coil and still the light is on and this code.. what is there alse to do could u please help

Did you use new factory coils? If you did and the problem is still there you may have bad engine harness or Engine Control Module (ECM).

Is the engine running rough?
