1999 Infiniti I30 3.0L, I replaced fuel pump has spark and fuel to the injectors but won't start what could be the problem

Check the security light. If it is on solid when cranking the engine then the immobilizer has the fuel injector pulse turned off. This will require the dealer scan tool to do a relearn on the chip key to get the car to start.
