P0700 CHRYSLER - What sensors, relays, etc are normally the culprits for this condition? AutoCodes

Receiving Generic OBD2 code P0882 and Chrysler specific code P0700, stuck in limp-in mode, speedometer is working and nothing else seems wrong. Can you tell me which TCM related sensors, relays etc normally cause this condition?

Vehicle is 2006 PT Cruiser 2.4L 4cyl (Touring) with 157,000+ miles (mostly Highway)
