P0171 AUDI - Troubleshooting, already cleaned MAF and change air filter

2003 Audi A4 with 106,000 miles and I got the code P0171. Troubleshooting already cleaned MAF and changed the air filter. No hose leaks noted w fluids.

A bad front O2 sensor can cause this code to come up as well as low fuel pressure. These would be the next things to check off the list.
