1999 Dodge Avenger V6. Where do i need to start after getting a P0300 code reading?

Many times this can mean it's due for a tune up. Also, other issues would include a timing issue, low fuel pressure, intake manifold leaks. I would start with a tune up if it hasn't had one in 30k miles.
