p0087, p1042, p1065, p16a4 2005 Honda Accord Diesel. How do I fix the problem?

hi, just scanned my ictdi accord 05 reg and after the battery went flat and push started it on holiday, and towed a half ton trailer up a steep hill on cruise probably a little too hard i have fault codes and the mil on.

after arriving home i checked the oil and it was on the min mark, it has never used any oil in the eight months previously.

codes are p1236. p16a4.and p1042.  

i would like to know if it would be ok to erase the codes and see how it goes.
