I have a 2005 nissan altima 2.5s and got the p0340 code and changes sensor twice still on what else could it be?

Question

changed sensor twice(1 from autozoe didnt work)(1 from nissan worked and car starts fine everytime but code wont clear)
checked wires they look good

Are you referring to the crank position sensor and/or the cam sensor?
