Do you have the air intake heater deleted? alot of people do that which is why they get the code for it, it creates a resistance which sets the code

there is something called 7.3L Powerstroke Air Intake Heater Plug Code Eliminator P0541 which is about $15

I'm guessing it is a grounding wire
