P0141 TOYOTA check engine light and battery light a linked or separate problem?

Check engine light code P0141 came on. Then I noticed when I came to a stop the battery light would come on. Are these two linked problem?

HI there,

This indicates a problem with the O2 sensor and a separate issue with the alternator. The battery light indicates the alternator is not charging as it should. The failed O2 sensor would be for bank 1 sensor 2 this is the sensor AFTER the converter.
