My 1995 camaro 3800 engine is throwing a P1350 code.

My 1995 camaro 3800 engine is throwing a P1350 code. It is running very rough. Recently replaced the ICM and Coil packs and installed a set of high heat olug wires. Ran great till this week. We also replaced the ignition switch. We've been fighting the ignition process in this car for over a year now and can't seem to find the root of the problem. Do you have any suggestions? THanks!
