How to fix the engine code P0727 on my 2003 Kia Sorento 3500?

There is very limited info on the code. Basically the ecm and the tcm aren't communicating the engine speed between them. This is caused by a bad signal wire from the tcm to the ecm. There is no info in the service manual on which wire specifically.
