this code suggests ecu issue i have had the ecu checked and it came back with no issues please advise on further options

I have had diagnostic done on ecu for fault code PO610 and ecu had no issues what can be checked next as engine will not respond to accelerator after 3 revs or pushes on accelerator pedal?

The code would also mean there is an issue with the power supply to the ecm. I would check the ecm relay and the fuses to try and locate the issue. there is also likely a broken wire
