Will a faulty Camshaft Position Sensor cause the code P0011 on my Ford F150 5.4L?

P0011 is for Camshaft position timing, not camshaft position sensor. The Camshaft position timing solenoid changes the timing with oil pressure. 

If the oil is dirty or you are using the wrong weight of oil it can cause this issue, replace the oil if you have not replaced it in the last 4k miles or used the wrong oil weight.
