need info on code c0273 on a 2004 tacoma. has all power and grounds going to actuator.

replaced actuator and code comes back. same code, c0273. checked all wires, no open or shorts

I found some info on how to fix it, its for a 2003 toyota tacoma but I think its should be the same.

check the ABS fuse (replace it)
